HORIZON 2020 – Work Programme 2018-2020

An overview document of the Horizon 2020 Work programme of Research and Innovation funding for 2018-2020, of all calls related to cities and urban development.

In particular, we encourage you to have a closer look at the calls mentioned below, for innovation actions (demonstration projects) in which cities are a crucial part of the consortium applying for EU funding. These three calls are part of Societal Challenge 5 on ‘Climate action, environment, resource efficiency and raw materials’

• CE-SC5-03-2018: Demonstrating systemic urban development for circular and regenerative cities
• SC5-14-2019: Visionary and integrated solutions to improve well-being and health in cities
• SC5-20-2019: Transforming historic urban areas and/or cultural landscapes into hubs of entrepreneurship and social and cultural integration
